Provided marketing planning, execution, evaluation, video, photo, design, marketing, and content strategy for social media ads, advertising services, and 1:1 multichannel marketing consultation with the ultimate goal of developing Skinglogica Spa’s brand and implementing a strategic marketing approach to generate leads and increase revenue.
- Situation: Skinlogica Spa didn’t have a marketing strategy and clear objectives in place to achieve Skinlogica Spa’s main objective, which was to generate and increase lead conversion.
Skinlogica’s brand and efforts were not clearly defined and unified across multi-channel media strategies such as digital, print, and events.
- Solution: I conducted deep research to understand the local market, target audience, and situation of the business and provided a SWOT analysis; defined clear objectives and KPIs to increase 20% growth in revenue for the first 60 days of 2025; and followed up with the development and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies such as aggressive package offers, event involvement, event planning, evaluation of results, and reporting.
- Results:
Together with my team, we launched a marketing and advertising campaign for Skinlogica Spa at the beginning of January 2025, during the winter months, and we were able to acquire over a 134.6% increase in qualified leads during the last 60 days.
